Besides good looking face, actually there are 5 reasons why Kpop become popular throughout the world:

1. Long struggle

Because they have many fans, they usually endorsed by the major labels. 5. Government Support
This is the most important one. The Korean government strongly supports the entertainment field as part of carrying the name of Korea to the international world. The city government also provide additional transportation to accommodate 80 thousand spectators who attend the concert.
